The Opportunity
The CRM Data Specialist plays a key role in strengthening CRM performance through advanced data analysis, actionable insights, and continuous performance monitoring. This role supports CRM strategy and execution by transforming data into clear recommendations that enable the teams to activate, optimize, and scale CRM initiatives.
You will work closely with Digital, IT, and Global teams, contributing to CRM projects and ensuring data-driven decision-making across the customer lifecycle.
What you'll get to do
CRM Data & Insights

Analyze CRM and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance drivers

Define and monitor CRM KPIs to support performance analysis across the customer lifecycle

Translate data into clear, actionable insights for CRM and business teams
Reporting & Visualization

Design and maintain dashboards and reporting using SQL and Looker

Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability of CRM reporting

Track CRM performance against objectives and highlight optimization opportunities

Enable teams to activate insights and monitor results over time
CRM Projects & Strategic Support

Contribute to CRM project implementation (tools, data models, processes, integrations) in close collaboration with IT

Provide data-driven input into CRM roadmap and strategic initiatives

Coordinate with Digital, Global, IT, and external partners to support delivery

We'd love to meet you if you have
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in a CRM, data, analytics, or agency environment
- Education: University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or equivalent. Education background with a strong analytical and quantitative orientation
- Languages: English is a must, Spanish preferred

Specific Knowledge required:
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
- Proven experience with BI / reporting tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
- Solid understanding of CRM concepts: customer lifecycle, segmentation, campaigns, and performance measurement
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting CRM platforms (Salesforce, Adobe, HubSpot, or similar)
- Experience in retail, beauty, luxury, or consumer goods environments
- Familiarity with data modeling or customer data platforms (CDPs)
