La oportunidad

The CH Permanent Image Development Executive plays a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining Carolina Herrera's brand image across global points of sale (POS). This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative, luxurious, and sustainable retail environments that reflect the brand's identity. The executive ensures that all design elements align with corporate standards and are executed within established timelines and budgets.

Tus retos

1. Design Development:

  • Collaborate with the Permanent Image Development Manager to create and refine retail design concepts that embody the brand's luxury aesthetics and sustainability goals.
  • Develop detailed design guidelines, technical drawings, and mood boards to communicate design concepts effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to incorporate innovative design solutions into retail spaces.

2. Project Coordination:

  • Assist in managing retail design projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, visual merchandising, sales) to align design initiatives with overall brand strategies.
  • Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to facilitate the production and installation of design elements.

3. Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design implementations meet Carolina Herrera's quality and brand standards.
  • Address any design or construction issues promptly, collaborating with relevant parties to find effective solutions.

4. Sustainability Integration:

  • Promote the use of eco-friendly materials and sustainable design practices in all projects.
  • Ensure that design solutions not only meet aesthetic and functional requirements but also align with the brand's commitment to environmental responsibility.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design specifications, progress reports, and post-implementation evaluations.
  • Provide regular updates to the Permanent Image Development Manager and other stakeholders on project status and any emerging challenges.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Retail Design, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 2-4 years of experience in retail design, visual merchandising, or a related area within the luxury beauty or fashion industry.
    • Demonstrated experience in managing design projects, with a focus on luxury retail environments.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
    • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite for project documentation and communication.
  • Key Competencies:
    • Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
    • Understanding of sustainability practices in retail design.

  • Timely and within-budget completion of design projects.
  • Consistency of design implementations with brand standards and quality expectations.
