The Opportunity
Our Carolina Herrera team is currently looking for a new team member to manage the international Education & training department for the Beauty division.
We are looking for someone with excellent communicational skills and a true passion for sharing Alegría de Vivir — the core value of our brand. As the ultimate Carolina Herrera brand ambassador, this person should thrive in a team environment, take responsibility with confidence, and enjoy sharing knowledge while ensuring smooth project execution.
As part of the Carolina Herrera Shopper Experience and Educational team, you will be responsible for developing the global strategy for education as well as creating training tools for the brand’s Beauty division. Your goal will be to cultivate highly motivated, knowledgeable, and productive beauty ambassadors. Additionally, you will manage daily interactions with key markets, addressing local needs to enhance productivity and strengthen Brand Love and loyalty.
What you'll get to do
Brand Training strategy
• Contribute to the training strategy for Prestige fragrances, Collections and Make-up.
• Design educational tools for markets and dedicated Beauty Advisors—including PowerPoint presentations, sales sheets, e-learning content, video learning, and training kits—with a primary focus on the Prestige and Make-up categories
• Suggest innovative tools and methods to engage and inspire Beauty Advisors
• Measure the impact of training tools on Bas performance
Training Go to market :
• Act as the point of contact for markets to implement specific activations at retail locations
• Evaluate, support, and guide local trainers in their training programs
• Organise the CH annual training convention and participate in local markets seminars
We'd love to meet you if you have
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in cosmetics (Fragrance and Make-up) training/education services (including sell-through expertise)
• Education: Master’s degree from a Business School, Design School, Art School, or University, with a specialization in marketing or luxury management preferred
• Languages: Excellent communicator in Spanish and English – both verbal & written; French is a plus

• Extensive market experience with deep knowledge of retail and consumer-centric strategies

• Ability to travel as required
