The Opportunity

We are looking for a Brands Talent Acquisition Graduate to join our Human Resources team in Barcelona. This program will provide hands-on experience in various HR functions, with a primary focus on graduate recruitment. It’s a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to a dynamic, global organization while contributing to the recruitment of Puig’s next generation of talent. 

What you'll get to do

Graduate Recruitment Support: 

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for graduate roles. 
• Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. 
• Maintain strong communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience. 

HR Generalist Activities: 

• Support onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. 
• Assist with maintaining employee records and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). 
• Provide support in other HR areas, such as training and HR operations. 

We'd love to meet you if you have

Education: Bachelor’s or master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. 

Experience: Previous experience in HR or recruitment. 

Skills: 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus. 
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn) is a plus. 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
• A proactive and team-oriented mindset with a passion for working in the beauty, fashion, or luxury industry.
