The Opportunity

As a Beauty Advisor for Byredo, you will be the face of our niche fragrance brand at Barcelona Airport. Your role will involve introducing our unique and luxurious fragrances to travelers, matching them with their perfect scent, and providing an exceptional customer experience. You will be actively seeking new sales opportunities, sharing the stories and craftsmanship behind our products, and delivering premium service that leaves a lasting impression.

What you'll get to do

Fragrance Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of fragrance notes, families, and characteristics.
Storytelling: Use your passion to convey the history and craftsmanship of Byredo, creating a memorable and engaging experience for customers.
Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring each client leaves with a premium and memorable experience.
Presentation: Maintain a high standard of presentation and communication, showcasing the luxury and high-end profile of Byredo.
Attention to Detail: Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of your work, from product knowledge to customer interactions.
Proactivity: As part of an opening team, be proactive in attracting buyers and driving sales, leveraging your selling skills and ability to engage customers.

We'd love to meet you if you have

A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in the fragrance or luxury beauty industry.
Fluent in English and Spanish. Any additional language would be a plus.
A passion for fragrances and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Flexibility to support business needs and operations during weekends, evenings, and peak trading times.
