The Opportunity

We seek an Advocacy Marketing Executive to lead the community strategy for Carolina Herrera Fashion, Fragrances & Makeup, driving nano/micro-influencer engagement, content creator collaborations, and organic brand growth. The role focuses on executing a global advocacy strategy, leveraging seeding programs, UGC, and social-first storytelling to enhance brand awareness and desirability on TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.This position requires a strategic yet hands-on approach, aligning global and local activations while ensuring cultural and trend relevance across markets.

What you'll get to do

1. Advocacy Strategy & Execution

  • Develop a multi-tiered influencer strategy to foster long-term brand affinity.
  • Adapt global strategies to regional nuances and cultural trends.
  • Drive seeding initiatives, introducing products to high-impact influencers and tastemakers.
  • Collaborate with PR, Content, Digital, Marketing, and Local Market teams to ensure brand alignment.

 
2. Community Growth & UGC Amplification

  • Build an engaged nano/micro-influencer ecosystem to drive authenticity.
  • Develop loyalty programs and exclusive activations for brand advocates.
  • Leverage UGC for organic visibility and social-first storytelling.
  • Identify emerging voices and communities aligned with the brand’s DNA.

 
3. Collaborations & Content Strategy

  • Partner with the PR & Content teams to identify top social media creators for high-impact TikTok-first and Instagram-first content.
  • Oversee gifting programs and experiential activations to drive organic content creation.

 
4. Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Define and track KPIs to measure advocacy impact on sentiment, engagement, and conversion.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine influencer selection, UGC strategy, and content amplification.
  • Provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations.

 
5. Cross-Team Collaboration & Market Insights

  • Act as a liaison between global and regional teams, ensuring influencer activations align with brand objectives.
  • Monitor regional trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor strategies to drive innovation.

We'd love to meet you if you have

  • 4+ years in Advocacy, Influencer Marketing, Community Management, or Digital PR within luxury beauty or fashion.
  • Proven expertise in nano/micro-influencer ecosystems, UGC, and social-first content strategies.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms.
  • Experience in seeding strategies, content amplification, and performance-driven influencer marketing.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • A strategic, data-driven, and execution-oriented mindset.
