The Opportunity

Our Data Office team is seeking an experienced SAP MM Master Data Expert, mostly giving support to Manufacturing and Outsourcing areas. In this role, you will act as a SAP Data Stewardship for materials and BOMs.

What you'll get to do

Create and maintain SAP MM master data, including Materials and Bill of Materials (BOMs)
Update the system data according to the requests from Manufacturing and Outsourcing
Support in the definition of Material Master Data Initiatives in SAP
Provide end-user support and training for SAP Master Data MM processes and procedures
Document existing SAP Master Data processes and procedures
Identify alerts when master data is missing and define rules to be followed by the users when creating the required material and customer attributes
Collaborate with other functional consultants and project teams to ensure integration with other SAP modules / tools when required
Participate in system testing and implementation activities
Routinely verify the availability and accuracy of data on materials and bill of materials, mainly for Manufacturing and Outsourcing

We'd love to meet you if you have

Solid experience in SAP to manage materials and BOMs master data, and highly skilled in creating documentation and presentations
Superior BA, Information Technologies, or Engineering
Fluent Spanish and English required, French is desirable
Availability to move across the different production centres (Alcala de Henares, Barcelona and Chartres)
Be familiar / expert with manufacturing and outsourcing processes
Be proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
Look for ways to improve processes and capabilities
Know SAP: MM and SD Modules
