The Opportunity

To manage the manufacturing and delivery of the outsourced products due to the subcontracting needs in accordance with the procedures and the service and quality standards. The subcontracted products can be classified as Technological or Capacity. Special orders such as rework or dismantling can be managed as well.

What you'll get to do

Planning:

  • To issue the outsourcing orders depending on the date and amount established in the system. 
  • To define the production place, from the homologated suppliers network, depending on the work loads, price negotiation and quality.
  • To carry out the replenishment tasks and the management of the components availability for the production.

Execution:

  • To manage stocks and components inventories in outsourcing.
  • To follow-up the deliveries of subcontracted orders to the delivery address.
  • To manage incidences or other questions referred to manufacturing in outsourcing.
  • To keep Supply Planning informed of the modifications concerning delivery date and quantity and that concerns product availability.
  • To keep the system updated in order to give the maximum reliability in the deliveries (date and amount) and stocks in subcontractors.
  • To carry out the orders creation, info record and source list.
  • To carry out the tasks of MRP, programming, loads and missing.
  • To manage stocks and inventories management tools.

Control:

  • To follow-up KPIs of the area.
  • To implement the action plans arisen from the KPI’s and collaborate with outsourcing in the implantation of improvement measures.
  • To manage Non Conformities. (If rework Orders are managed)

We'd love to meet you if you have

  • Experience: 2 years in a similar position.
  • Education: Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistic or similar.
  • Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English. French would be a plus.
  • Competencies: Analytics skills, Communication skills, Teamwork.
  • Specific Knowledge required: Microsoft Office, SAP, or ERP.
