The Opportunity

 

To carry out investment projects concerning industrial area under Engineering Manager direction and responding final user needs. To control investments costs and expenses while reaching scheduled timing.

What you'll get to do

 

MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Planning: 

 

  • Design and supervise format parts construction.
  • Manage project/launches assigned as industrialization responsible.
  • Supervise, control and check the outsourced tasks of launch industrialization under his/her responsibility.

Execute:

  • Execute machine adaptations to changes planned as Continuous Improvement Plan. Execute tasks assigned by ENGINEERING MANAGER in order to grant New Product launches.
  • Execute tasks assigned by ENGINEERING MANAGER in order to install new equipment.
  • Record changeover documentation and involved instructions.
  • Execute new machine and equipment acceptance for projects under their responsibility.
  • Contact with machine vendors.
  • Train Maintenance, Filling or Making people for new equipment use.
  • Contribute in Continuous Improvement Plan as a Green Belt.

Control:

  • Follow and control the status of the launches under his responsibility (format parts availability, machine adaptations …)
  • Control Regulatory and Legal Compliance of all equipment under his charge.
  • Grant and to control organization and proper recording of technical documentation.

KNOWLEDGES

 

  • Technical equipment, electric, pneumatics, electronics, networks, control systems. Factory 4.0, Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing.
  • Solidworks.
  • Autocad.
  • Microsoft office.
  • SAP R3.

 

EDUCATION

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
  • English: High or medium level/ French knowledge is also valuable
