Mission
The role requires:
A curious, proactive and detail-oriented graduate with strong coordination and analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine interest in talent development, people processes and regional HR dynamics.
What you'll get to do
- Support the coordination of Talent Development Processes across LATAM
- Support the execution of regional Talent initiatives
- Coordinate participant experience, logistics and communications for Development programs
- Maintain and analyse talent data, dashboards and reports for regional and global stakeholders
- Collaborate with HR teams across LATAM to ensure alignment and consistency in Talent processes
- Contribute to internal communication and adoption of Talent initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance employee experience
We'd love to meet you if you have
Experience
- Experience coordinating projects or activities
- Exposure to HR processes, talent management or people-related topics (desirable)
- Experience working with data, Excel or reporting tools (desirable)
Education
- A recent (maximum past 3 years) Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields
Languages
- Fluent English (required)
- Portuguese is a plus (given LATAM scope)
