The Opportunity

Founded in 1870 by Cornish barber William Penhaligon, Penhaligon’s is an esteemed British fragrance house. Drawing on our 150 year unique heritage and applying a touch of eccentric British charm to all that we do, we’re rather obsessed with fragrance. If you’re ready to start your olfactive expedition, it would be marvellous to meet you! We're currently looking for a Fragrance Consultant to join our York team for 4 days per week.

What you'll get to do

As a Penhaligon’s Fragrance Consultant, you will be introducing our iconic fragrances to our customers and guiding them through our Fragrance Profiling service to match them with their scented soulmates. As well as seeking new sales opportunities in store, you'll learn about olfactive methods and fragrance ingredients and keeping our store looking beautiful. Our Fragrance Consultants are storytellers, providing the highest level of customer service while entertaining the worlds nostrils with a dose of Britishness.

-Fantastic people skills, and are excited to build connections with all of our Customers

-Experience in luxury retail is ideal, but most important is your enthusiasm for the Brand and our Customers.
