Retail Operations Executive

The Opportunity

 

We are looking for a structured, solution-driven and hands-on Retail Operations Executive to join our team in Stockholm. This is a temporary replacement position for approximately 6 months, with an initial start date as soon as possible, and the possibility of extension. 

In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence across all retail environments in the Nordic region, acting as a central link between store teams and cross-functional partners.

What you'll get to do

 

Operational Excellence & Process Improvement

  • Drive operational excellence across all stores by ensuring consistent and efficient execution of retail processes and routines
  • Continuously review and improve operational workflows, systems and tools
  • Identify inefficiencies and proactively implement solutions

Store Support & Retail Operations

  • Act as a key point of contact for store teams, providing structured and solution-oriented operational support
  • Support store openings, refurbishments and retail initiatives
  • Ensure store teams have the right tools, materials and operational setup

Store Systems, Tools & Access Management

  • Own and support all store-related systems, ensuring stability, usability and adherence to best practices
  • Act as first point of contact for system-related issues, ensuring timely resolution
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes including access rights, systems, tools and equipment

Order, Inventory & Product Flow Management

  • Oversee order flows and product movements across stores, including deliveries, transfers and returns
  • Monitor stock availability and product coverage in stores
  • Analyse store-level stock and sell-through data to identify risks and inefficiencies

Launches, Activations & Retail Readiness

  • Coordinate and ensure operational readiness for product launches, campaigns and retail activations
  • Ensure that the right products, quantities and materials are available in stores ahead of key commercial moments

Data, Reporting & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Analyse operational and store-related data to identify trends, inefficiencies and improvement areas
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Retail, Commercial, Marketing, Finance, IT and Supply

We'd love to meet you if you have

  • Proven experience in a retail environment or 2–3 years of experience in retail operations
  • Strong understanding of store operations, stock management and retail processes
  • Strong familiarity with retail systems, including troubleshooting and system optimization
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Structured and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive and self-driven approach with a strong sense of ownership
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Fluency in English (other Nordic languages are a plus)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
