Creative Operations Intern

The Opportunity

We are seeking a organized and detail-oriented Creative Operations Intern to join our Stockholm-based Creative Studio for a minimum period of 6 months, either asap or as of Fall 2026.

 

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across creative production, image production coordination, studio operations and project administration within a global beauty and luxury company.

 

As an intern, you will work closely with the Creative Operations Coordinator, Head of Creative Operations and Senior Image Producer, supporting daily studio activities while learning how creative productions are planned, executed and delivered. You will collaborate with both local and HQ teams and gain valuable exposure to creative workflows, production processes and cross-functional collaboration.

 

Please note: To be eligible for this internship, you must currently be enrolled as a student and be able to provide documentation confirming that the internship is a mandatory part of your study programme.

What you'll get to do

CREATIVE OPERATIONS, STUDIO & PRODUCTION COORDINATION

  • Support day-to-day studio coordination, project administration and production planning activities.
  • Assist in maintaining project timelines, production trackers, resource overviews and schedules.
  • Support meeting preparation, note-taking and follow-up on actions and deliverables.
  • Help coordinate communication between internal Studio teams and HQ stakeholders.
  • Assist image productions throughout pre-production, production and post-production phases.
  • Support shoot logistics, including samples, production materials, props, equipment and location preparation.
  • Coordinate follow-ups with internal teams and external partners such as photographers, retouchers, freelancers, agencies and vendors.

ASSET MANAGEMENT & DOCUMENTATION

  • Help organise and maintain creative assets, production files and shared documentation.
  • Support tracking and delivery of final imagery and production materials.
  • Assist in ensuring files, assets and documentation are structured and updated across platforms.

VENDOR & ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

  • Support vendor coordination and administrative follow-ups.
  • Assist with purchase order and invoice tracking processes.
  • Contribute to maintaining accurate production-related documentation and records.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL EXPOSURE

  • Gain insight into how Creative Operations collaborates with Marketing, Brand and Global teams.
  • Support coordination across multiple stakeholders involved in creative and image production projects.
  • Learn how production timelines, deliverables and workflows are managed in a global organisation.

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Production, Project Management, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion, Design, Photography or a related field.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A structured, proactive and hands-on approach to work.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Fluent English communication skills; Swedish or another Nordic language is considered a plus.
  • An interest in image production, photography, creative operations, art direction, graphic design, beauty, fashion or luxury.
