Senior HR Executive


We are looking for a strong individual to drive the talent acquisition and development activities for PUIG Asia and this role reports to the HR Director, Asia Pacific. The successful candidate must be able to work closely with stakeholders to identify the business needs, craft out an action plan to deliver the desired results.   


Functions and Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

  • Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders to drive and guide them along the journey
  • In-charge of sourcing and first screening of candidates
  • Manage the end to end recruitment process, ensure to deliver an exceptional experience to candidates
  • Incorporate the employee value proposition into the selection process
  • Take a proactive approach on sourcing and building talent pipeline
  • Serve as a liaison with employment agencies, education institutions and industry associations (if any) on talent placement needs
  • Compile reports to capture recruitment activities


Talent Development

  • Work with stakeholders to identify training needs, competency gap analysis
  • Source for relevant courses and venues, coordinate training attendance and evaluation
  • Work with training vendors on solutions to build high performing managers and team synergy
  • Develop relevant metrics to measure training effectiveness and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs
  • Maintain records for submission on training grant applications



  • Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience inclusive of previous working experience as an agency recruiter and in-house HR experience
  • Education: Degree in Human Resources Management and/or any related Professional Certification in Human Resources
  • Languages: English and Mandarin
  • Skills and Knowledge:
    • Strong interest in expanding your HR portfolio into talent development
    • Experienced on managing end to end recruitment process
    • Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills
    • Experienced on driving EVP through different channels
    • Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests)
    • Familiarity with recruiting platforms and candidate management systems (CMS)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Problem-solving skills
    • Negotiation skills
