Commercial Executive (Renewable Contract 12 months)
Location: Singapore
Mission:
Reporting to the Area Manager of Puig Asian Distributors, this role will be focused on the Niche portfolio and will be involved in the consolidation of commercial information and managing day-to-day operational and administrative commercial responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Monthly Orders & Reports
- Compiling and following up on monthly forecast files
- Ensuring orders are correctly entered into CPS and generated proformas have the right prices, shipment terms, quantities, etc
- Updating product assignment in CPS whenever needed
- Following up on order approvals, confirmation of portfolio and shipment dates
- Keeping distributors’ informed of any out of stocks situation and the next availability to ensure continuity of marketing plans
- Ensure timely submission of sell-in/sell-out reports from markets
Product Registration
- Coordinating with HQ to receive for registration documents and samples for new products on time
Digital support
- Checking on retailers’ website if brand guidelines are respected
- Follow up with markets for recommendation to improve
Promotional Forecasts
- Support in entering data in the CPS portal
- Updating of OCD portal based on updated Marketing Calendars
- Handle the requests of Exception Management and Special EM
Pricing Support
- Update pricing portal
- Extract MEP and POSM prices whenever needed
Others
- Maintaining updated retail landscape of each markets (especially Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan and Indonesia)
- Ensure the local teams have access to Puig platforms (IFB / Xnet/ CPS…) and help them solving access issues
- Help with the monthly office order and product allowance order
- Manage office inventory (i.e. organizing incoming new launch products, clearance of obsolete items)
- Support the team with courier
Requirements:
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in Logistics/Customer Service/Commercial Support. Fresh Graduates applying will be considered.
- Past experiences (Internship considered) within the Beauty, FMCG or Consumer Goods Industry will be preferred
Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Administration, or other relevant disciplines
Languages: English
Skills & Knowledge Required:
- Possess high sense of responsibility and willing to learn
- Efficient, willingness to be hands-on, deadline-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills, and cross culture communication
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel and SAP
