Let's start at the beginning: Dries Van Noten is one of the emblematic figures of the collective of Belgian designers who revolutionized fashion culture in the mid-80s with their avant-garde aesthetics and bold eccentricity. All graduates of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of Antwerp, these fashion troublemakers were called the "Antwerp Six".

Dries Van Noten is an influential figure and a darling of the fashion world for over 30 years. He cultivates a free and independent spirit, impervious to trends.

With the Group Product Manager, you will be at the heart of creating concepts, imagining the next launches of innovative multi axes products. 

We are looking for someone passionate, creative, able to understand the universe of the brand and over motivated to join a project in full creation.




Strategy :


- Elaborate long, mid and short-term strategies in line with the global strategy of the House, as well as with the brand's DNA for future lines. The goal is to achieve both quantitative and qualitative objectives. 
- Identify and answer to global market needs and local expectations


Product Development :


- Create marketing concepts in line with the identity of Dries Van Noten 
- Develop and writes formula and packaging briefs
- Manage product development from the creation of the concept to the launch and follow-up of the lines 
- Defines the set of activations in support of the markets within the framework of the launches (360 products: Digital, Retail, Com, Education) in connection with the internal expert professions


Execute :


- Develop the appropriate tools to implement correctly the strategy on our markets 
- Execute the annual Marketing plan in line with the strategy (product positioning) 
- Coordinate team collaboration with the internal departments of digital, communication, merchandising, studio, technical, technical services etc 
- Collaborate with the production departments to ensure the industrial feasibility of the new products and follow their production 
- Optimize the marketing mix (product, positionning, pricing etc)
- Present the marketing plan to the Brand top management and different markets 
- Identify creative resources and collaborate with external agencies, packaging team, fashion and internal studio 

Control :


- Control the creation of the new products and developments 
- Manage the global budget of its line following the profitability guidelines set by the group
- Drive competitors/trends benchmark overviews and ad hoc market researches 



Experience: a first strong experience in Product Management in the make-up industry (3 years min)

Education: University Degree or Master in Business School, specialization in Marketing or Luxury

Languages: French & English mandatory, Spanish would be a plus
