The Opportunity

The Global Content Manager defines and delivers Jean Paul Gaultier’s global fragrance content strategy across digital, social media, e-commerce and brand experiences.

Combining strong creative vision with rigorous production leadership, the role translates institutional campaigns into engaging, digital-first content while ensuring consistency with the Maison’s Fashion expression.

The role reports to the Digital Marketing & Brand Content Director and manages two Content Executives and one intern.

What you'll get to do

Content strategy & brand expression

  • Define the global fragrance content strategy and translate marketing priorities into strong creative concepts, narratives and visual references.
  • Ensure all content reflects Jean Paul Gaultier’s distinctive identity while responding to digital and social media codes.
  • Work closely with Puig’s internal studio to extend TV and print campaigns into rich, engaging digital content ecosystems.
  • Partner with the Fashion team to create relevant bridges and ensure a consistent One Brand image.

Creative production

  • Lead the end-to-end production of digital brand campaigns, social media content, DTC and e-commerce assets, and content for global and local events.
  • Manage projects from briefing and creative development through to delivery, ensuring creative excellence, efficiency and timely execution.
  • Anticipate production needs and maximize content opportunities across shoots and activations.

Budget, partners & talent

  • Own and monitor the global content production budget.
  • Manage a trusted roster of agencies, production companies, photographers, directors and other creative partners.
  • Continuously identify and nurture emerging and established talent capable of bringing fresh and culturally relevant perspectives to the brand.
  • Lead partner selection and negotiations in collaboration with Procurement and Legal teams.

Team & cross-functional leadership

  • Manage and develop a team of two Content Executives and one intern.
  • Set clear priorities, ensure effective workload allocation and foster a culture of creative excellence and accountability.
  • Collaborate closely with Fragrance Marketing, Social Media, Media, E-commerce, PR, Influence, Events, Fashion and local market teams.

We'd love to meet you if you have

 

  • Strong experience in content strategy and creative production, ideally within fragrance, beauty, luxury or fashion.
  • Excellent creative sensibility, visual culture and understanding of digital and social media storytelling.
  • Proven ability to lead complex productions, manage budgets and coordinate multiple creative partners.
  • Strong leadership, project-management and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Highly organized, agile and solution-oriented, with the ability to balance creative ambition and operational discipline.
  • Fluent in English and French. Spanish is a strong advantage.
