What you'll get to do
Within our E-commerce team, you will report to the E-commerce Manager and participate in projects related to the development and management of the jeanpaulgaultier.com websites.
Your missions
- You will contribute to the various sites in the context of product launches and campaign management (e-merchandising, editorial pages, universe pages, etc.)
- You will assist in the development of various animations and product launches (briefing, project tracking with different agencies, etc.)
- You will help analyze e-commerce activity (tracking sales and customer journey)
- You will be continuously monitoring e-commerce topics and conducting benchmarks related to competitor activations and animations
- You will participate in tracking site developments and reporting any bugs encountered
- You will be involved in the follow-up of operations (inventory management, customer relationship tracking, etc.)
As part of this mission, you will be expected to develop privileged contacts with multiple internal and external stakeholders (markets, customer service team, logistics team, digital agencies, development marketing, operational marketing, communication). Our e-commerce team consists of three project managers, whom you will support in executing the various missions presented above.
We'd love to meet you if you have
• You ideally have some initial experience in e-commerce
• Master's degree level 1 or 2, specialized in e-business / digital / marketing
• Languages: Fluent in French & English, Spanish is a plus
• Skills: You are sensitive to the luxury universe, particularly in the fragrance sector. You possess excellent organizational skills, autonomy, and initiative. You have good analytical skills and are comfortable with Excel. Proficiency in the Office Suite
• Knowledge of Photoshop would be a significant plus
• Knowledge of Commerce Manager tools (like hybris) would be a significant plus
• You have previously worked with project management tools (like Jira, Trello, etc.)
