L'opportunité
As E-Commerce Merchandiser, you will own the quality, consistency and commercial performance of Rabanne Fashion and Accessories across brand.com and marketplace channels. Combining strong product sensibility with a data-driven mindset, you will translate the brand vision into compelling, discoverable and conversion-focused digital experiences.
You will manage the global digital product catalogue and coordinate its full lifecycle, from product content creation and e-commerce shootings to onsite merchandising, marketplace catalogue management, conversion-rate optimisation and performance analysis, working closely with internal teams and specialist agency partners.
Ce que vous aurez à faire
- Digital merchandising & trading: Own the online merchandising strategy across brand.com and marketplaces, ensuring accurate categorisation, pricing, imagery, product ranking and placement to maximise conversion, sell-through and revenue.
- Onsite experience: Manage search and discovery, product recommendations, cross-selling and upselling, and execute the e-merchandising and trade animation calendar in line with commercial priorities.
- Product content & discoverability: Lead the creation, enrichment and quality control of product content, incorporating recommendations from the SEO agency and applying SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) principles so content is structured, authoritative and discoverable across search engines and AI-powered platforms.
- E-commerce productions: Plan and supervise product and editorial e-commerce shoots, from briefing and sample coordination to asset delivery, ensuring brand consistency and commercial effectiveness.
- CRO & continuous improvement: Partner with the Shopify agency to identify, prioritise and deliver ongoing conversion-rate optimisation initiatives across the customer journey; translate insights into briefs, coordinate testing and monitor impact.
- Marketplace operations: Manage product catalogues and optimisation across marketplaces, working with a marketplace aggregator to ensure reliable product, pricing and inventory.
- Product data & assets: Ensure product data and digital assets are accurate, complete and distributed on time across systems and channels; oversee product feeds and the effective use of the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform.
- Performance & insights: Monitor e-commerce KPIs, produce recurring reporting and conduct deep dives into shopping behaviour, product performance and market trends, turning insights into clear commercial actions.
- Buying recommendations: Build data-driven recommendations for showroom buying sessions based on collection performance, sell-through, returns, mix of business and customer feedback.
- Catalogue & stock: Maintain an accurate online assortment and coordinate stock replenishment with the e-commerce manager.
- Cross-functional project contribution: Actively contribute to cross-functional projects from scoping through delivery, collaborating with Merchandising, Communication, Production, Supply Chain, IT and external partners.
- Innovation: Monitor e-commerce, luxury and digital trends and proactively recommend new opportunities, tools and ways of working.
Profil recherché
- 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, ideally in a comparable luxury fashion, accessories or premium retail role.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce merchandising, digital content, UX and conversion-rate optimisation.
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus or a comparable e-commerce platform.
- Experience working with marketplace aggregators and Digital Asset Management (DAM) environments.
- Understanding of SEO principles; familiarity with AI search, Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) or Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into commercial recommendations and measurable actions.
- Excellent organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
