New Product Developement Coordination Manager - CDI

Location: Paris, France

 

What is CNP for Puig? It is the coordination of new product development (from project creation to product availability) involving all launching elements (regular product, POS, PR, Training, Promotional…) in order to ensure that all targets about timing, cost & quality are respected.

 

The CNP Manager ensures the CNP function mission for own projects managed & for those that your team will manage too.

 

Your responsibilities? Project Management, Reporting, Process Improvement & Team Management (2 coordinators).

 

Project Management:

  • Organize and lead CNP meetings: meeting needed for new product development coordination, document meeting minutes and ensure critical topics, action plan follow-up. Lead meetings & MInutes
  • Ensure new project information enter by Brands teams is consistent.
  • Develop the project planning of all elements involving new projects, ensure timing are reviewed and agreed by key departments.
  • Monitor the progress of all activities to ensure target cost / timing / quality are respected.
  • Identify risks and work with involved departments actions to avoid deviations.
  • Ensure all users report the progress of their activities needed in CNP.
  • Report of any risk or concern that could affect the availability or cost of a project
  • Report and give feedbacks: reporting needed to inform about the status of the project, KPI analysis and learning.
  • Ensure all information is accurate: references, cost, …

 

Reporting

 

Process Improvement:

  • Post launch analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in future projects.
  • KPI analysis and learning.
  • Participate in CNP process review & improvement. Action Plan Follow up

 

Team Management

 

Requirements?

  • Experience: 2-4 years of previous experience in operation functions and/or team coordination.
  • Education: University degree or equivalent.
  • Languages: Fluent in French and English. Spanish would be a plus.
  • Competencies: Peer relationships, timeliness of delivery output, managing diversity, integrity and trust, autonomy and excellence.
  • Specific Knowledge required: Special sensitivity for fragrances and cosmetics. SAP. PPM Tool.
