L'opportunité
We’re looking for a designer who can bring ideas to life in three dimensions – from bold campaign concepts to enduring fixtures that define our retail spaces. In this role you will transform strategy and creative direction into world-class 3D assets, renderings, and technical packs, working across both Temporary VM (campaigns and launches) and Permanent VM (institutional tools, fixtures, display systems). You’ll also use AI design tools to accelerate ideation and unlock new creative possibilities, ensuring the brand stays at the forefront of retail innovation.
Ce que vous aurez à faire
Temporary VM (Campaigns & Launches)
- · Develop, visualise, and realise concepts, into 3D visualisations for seasonal campaigns and launches.
- · Design window displays, OOH activations, and glorifiers that elevate the brand through bold creativity.
- · Produce high-quality 3D models, renderings, and mock-ups for global roll-out.
- · Build clear, execution-ready campaign toolkits and planograms for markets.
- · Use AI-driven design tools to generate creative variations and accelerate development.
- · Experiment with materials, finishes, and formats to push creative boundaries while staying true to brand DNA.
Permanent VM (Institutional Tools)
- · Develop designs for permanent fixtures, display systems, and finishes that embody brand identity.
- · Produce detailed 3D models, 2D drawings, renderings, and technical drawings for production.
- · Create visual content for the VM Guidelines (VMG) in collaboration with Project Managers.
- · Support prototyping with vendors to ensure designs are creative, practical, and high-quality.
Collaboration
- · Partner with VM Project Managers to align designs with project briefs, timelines, and constraints.
- · Work with Store Design, Architecture, and Marketing teams to ensure designs are aligned, impactful, and achievable.
- · Collaborate with vendors during development and prototyping to ensure quality and feasibility.
- · Stay ahead of design trends, retail innovations, and consumer insights, bringing fresh thinking to both temporary and permanent projects.

Design Tools
- 3D modelling, rendering, and technical drawing for production. 3D software: SketchUp or Rhino; rendering software: V-Ray or equivalent.
- Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- AI design tools for concept generation, pre-visualisation, and iteration.
Other Qualifications
- 3–4 years’ experience in VM, 3D or spatial design, ideally within retail, fashion, fragrance, or cosmetics.
- Understanding of materials, finishes, and production methods.
- High attention to detail and precision in execution.
- Capacity to balance bold creativity with practical retail execution.
- Skilled communicator, able to present design intent clearly to markets, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable in fast-moving environments, with the ability to adapt quickly to evolving requirements.
- Team player with a passion for innovation, new materials, and emerging retail technologies.
- Strong creative vision with the ability to translate strategy into memorable 3D environments.
- Knowledge of materials, production techniques, and prototype evaluation.
- Confidence in using AI design workflows (ideation, pre-visualisation, creative variations).
- Proven ability to deliver detailed renderings, technical drawings, and toolkits for market execution.
- Collaborative and communicative, with the ability to manage multiple projects at pace.
- A portfolio showcasing both campaign activations and permanent VM tools.
