Mission: The International Operational Marketing Executive facilitates the operational & strategic integration between the brand & the markets, ensure flawless communication between the brand & the markets. He/ She promotes the perspectives of growth for the brand in markets.
Ce que vous aurez à faire
1. Contribute to Marketing Plan elaboration:
- Have in-depth knowledge of brand performance in the markets to provide starting discussion points with the international marketing development team and assess brand needs
- Follow monthly brand net revenues & sell-out performance for markets
- Elaboration of Annual Brand Performance Book
- Provide feedback & challenge the brand & markets for next year’s Marketing Plan
- Help Brand to gather specific market analysis on specific business issues (competition range extensions, retail trends), to contribute to resolve marketing plan key decisions (on Promo, GWPs, sets…)
- Responsible for developing Brand and Launch guidelines
2. Manage the worldwide brand animation:
- Gather local marketing plans for all markets to have general view of the brand´s activities
- Support Local teams in the elaboration and implementation of their landed marketing plans launch strategies. And follow-up of the local media plans.
- Propose and coordinate tailor-made/tactical local projects, in a test & learn approach to be then roll-out in other markets
- Contact point for IMR approvals and requests that are under Brand Team responsibility
- Manage the local requests and assure rest of brand’s team collaboration / validation when required
- Insure the global coherency for all the elements of a 360° strategy (Retail, Digital, communication, development teams)

3. Communication and Coordination
- Coordinate with all internal departments all deliverables related to Marketing plans (Annual Brand book, launch book, tailor-made animation guidelines, mock-ups, lab samples etc…) to assure accuracy, homogeneity and deadlines
- Send Brand communications to markets about Marketing plans, Launch plans updates and retailer’s presentations
- Guarantee market alignment and knowledge exchange by proactively contacting local marketing teams and sharing relevant information
4. Insights and Best Practices
- Produce Launch Reports: consolidating individual reports into a single document
- Cross-Region fertilization (best practices or special requests) amongst markets
- Aware of specific needs per region (retailer profile, legal restrictions)
5. Operations oriented activities
- CPS analysis: challenge consolidated region figures vs brand expectations. Back & forth with internal teams (marketing development & engineers).
- CPS analysis: referent participant of CPS meeting
- Catalogue maintenance: product line by market and exceptions
- Define Launch guidelines retro-timing, in accordance with CNP: deadlines and responsibilities
Nous serions ravis de vous rencontrer si vous avez
Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in operational or trade marketing, in international or local positions, ideally acquired in the beauty industry.
Education: Master’s degree, major in Marketing ideal
Languages: French and English fluent, Spanish would be a plus.

- Ability to manage operational projects keeping a very strategic and long-term vision
- Result-oriented, self-starter personality with an interest in proposing and testing new ideas
- Very curious, polyvalent and autonomous
