L'opportunité
Supports the PR Business Development Executive in the worldwide deployment of the new categories of the Maison (Makeup & Private Collection), facilitating the operational & strategic integration between the brand & the markets, ensures flawless execution of new launches and animations in Maison doors, and promotes brand growth through business analysis and 360° coordination.
Ce que vous aurez à faire
1. Operational management with markets for new launches & door animations
- Manage the operational deployment of new launches for Makeup & Private Collection categories across all Maison Rabanne doors worldwide
- Follow-up of animations, in-store events and visibility calendar for the Maison universe in doors worldwide
- Coordinate mock-ups, samples, tools kit and visibility elements for new launches with markets
- Support markets in the elaboration and implementation of their local animation plans for Maison Rabanne doors
2. Sell-in & Sell-out reporting of Maison doors & categories
- Follow monthly sell-in & sell-out performance of Maison Rabanne doors and categories (Makeup & Private Collection) worldwide
- Consolidate and analyze door-by-door and category-by-category performance across markets
- Produce performance reports for new launches (Makeup & Private Collection)
- Provide business insights to inform brand strategy and market decisions on new categories deployment
- Follow-up of net revenues and depletions per market and per Maison door
3. 360° Coordination with internal teams for new projects
- Ensure 360° coordination with all internal teams (Marketing Development, Retail, Digital, Communication, PR, Creative, Supply) for all new projects and launches related to Maison Rabanne
- Coordinate all deliverables related to new launches (launch book, animation guidelines, mock-ups, lab samples etc…) to ensure accuracy, homogeneity and deadlines
- Send brand communications to markets on launch plans, project updates and retailer presentations, and guarantee market alignment by proactively sharing relevant information
4. Competitive benchmarks & analyses
- Conduct regular competitive benchmarks on Makeup & Private Collection categories (prestige image brands, niche houses, luxury Maisons
- Follow-up competitor launches, animations and communication strategies to feed the brand strategy
- Analyze market trends, image codes and shopping experience to identify growth opportunities for the Maison universe

Experience:
Fixed-term contract (CDD). 1 to 2 years of experience in operational marketing, trade marketing or business development, ideally acquired in the beauty, fashion or luxury industry.
Education:
Master Degree, major in Marketing ideal
Languages:
French and English fluent, Spanish would be a plus.

- Strong sensibility for image, luxury and creative universes (Makeup, Fashion, Private Collections)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong leadership
- Ability to manage operational project keeping a very strategic and long-term vision
- Result-oriented, self-starter personality with an interest in proposing and testing new ideas
- Very curious, polyvalent and autonomous
- Strong analytical and project management skills;
- Flexible and reactive, good management of stress
- Olfactive, Fashion and/or Design sensibility
