In connection with the International Communication Influence and PR managers of Jean Paul Gaultier fragrances, the assistant will help on the development of the House' Strategy and communication tools.


Job Description:

  • Strategy : Activate the PR&INFLUENCE action plan by coordinating with marketing department to ensure a coherent brand image and develop guidelines for product launch
  • Implementation : Coordination with worldwide PR and artistic agencies, Develop press release, visuals and press angles to maximize coverage, Manage exceptional press requests (interviews, shooting)
  • Develop Influence guidelines for launches, handle projects from markets’ proposal to local shootings, seeding activations, co-creation
  • Event organization : Manage press and KOL event planning for the new product launch 2019 : brainstorm of the artistic direction, coordinate collaborators and PR, handle logistics
  • Organize interviews and shooting with spokespersons, Reporting of events


Your profile:

  • Experience: First internship/apprenticeship required in the luxury industry in global communication.
  • Background: Master in communication/marketing/digital
  • Languages: French and fluent English are required. Spanish is a plus



- Excellent understanding of the fashion and beauty landscape

- Appeal for influence as a new lever of communication

- A good balance between organizational skills and creative mindset

- Detail-oriented and with an aesthetic sense (sensitive to design, photography and arts)

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Ability to work in team and excellent relationship

- Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint with the ability to convey concepts and information in a succinct and visually compelling way

- Ability to meet tight deadlines with a strong sense of accountability

- Multi-project management
