Mission :
Under the responsibility of the Group Manager, you will be responsible for niche brands strategy and development on French & Benelux Markets (brands between Byredo, L'Artisan Parfumeur, Penhaligon’s, Dries Van Noten Beauté, Christian Louboutin Beauté, Dr Barbara Sturm…)
As Brands Manager, you will work very closely with the French & Benelux cross-functional teams to drive the success of your portfolio and implement each launch on French & Benelux markets, being responsible for distribution, net revenues, profitability, image and shopper experience... You will also have regular contact with retailers and external agencies and should be adept at working with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Functions & Responsibilities :
Building effective internal and external relationships:
• Be comfortable working with people at all levels of the organization and able to develop strong collaborative working relationships both internally and externally.
• On-going contact with global head office teams to gain a solid understanding of brand vision and strategy and identify the most successful ways to tailor it for the French & Benelux markets.
• Clearly convey brand vision and work collaboratively with French & Benelux cross functional teams and agency partners, for successful implementation of the French & Benelux marketing plans and strategic priorities.
Developing marketing mixes from ideas to launch :
• Lead local marketing mix planning, development and implementation, in line with brand vision and objectives. Responsible for all day-to-day operational management of the brands.
• Manage product launch and new initiatives from forecast to retail and digital consumer experience.
• Lead marketing plan presentation to internal and external stakeholders. Ensure presentations for new product launches and animations are tailored to the retailer.
• A strong knowledge of the details of all retail brand dynamics, sales, objectives, KPIs and all marketing actions i.e. GWP, sampling activities, services etc...
Partner with Retail, Merchandising and Sales teams to maximise sell-in and sell-through :
• Plan, implement and follow the execution of the plans with all the stakeholders and agencies and monitor the associated marketing costs.
• Build an efficient shopper experience for each brand and tailored to each new product and each retailer.
• Be responsible of the brands image in every animation worked for our point of sales.
• Create and develop a CRM strategy to increase our customers’ loyalty.
Monitoring forecast, budget and sales :
• Work closely with the Demand Planning and Commercial teams to ensure forecast accuracy and stock availability.
• Control and follow the global P&L of the brands to achieve the objectives of the company, including Advertising & Promotion budget.
• Establish/manage brand budgets and accurately track marketing spend, in line with financial objectives.

Requirements for the role :
• Experience : At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, in the Luxury and Cosmetics/Fragrance Industry or Retail.
• Education : Master degree, with Marketing specialization.
• Languages : French native, fluent in English. Spanish would be a plus
• Skills :
Knowledge of global marketing (including CRM, PR, Training) and retail (including Visual Merchandising, shopper experience, POS animations), and especially of the French market of Perfumes and Cosmetics. Good knowledge of the department stores distribution in France.
Self-starter able to work autonomously, driving momentum on multiple projects and proactively planning ahead.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
Collaborative team player, with strong influencing/leadership and interpersonal skills. At ease dealing with complexity and ambiguity.
Rigor and Good attention to detail.
Specific Tool Knowledge required: Microsoft Office suite (Microsoft Outlook, Word, advanced Excel and PowerPoint all essential).
