The Opportunity
We are seeking a Marketing Executive Intern that will be responsible for the support and execution of the marketing strategies and plans in Travel Retail EUROPE. As a marketing support function in the team, this role will work closely with Niche Brand managers and Training manager, cross functional teams within the business unit, as well as external business partners and clients to accomplish the strategic and financial goals of the business.
What you'll get to do
Brand Management/Trade Marketing:
- Manage Niche Brands Marketing Calendars, maintain core catalogue and Master Assortment File
- Assist and support both Niche Brand Managers in planning of campaigns, launches, digital/social plans and events in line with business strategies and follow through on the execution
- Assist Niche Brand Managers in construction and deployment of 360: be involved in development of locally sourced sell-out tools that are essential for supplementing sales and events
- Assist Brand Managers in post launch/animation analysis and reporting
- Work closely with internal stakeholders in the planning and execution of campaigns and launches
- Prepare & disseminate of Seasonal Marketing Books, Go-to-market presentations
- Work closely with in-store team to ensure impactful in-store, temporary and OOH execution
- Provide support on execution of on-counter/ in-store/ virtual/ VIP events to drive consumer engagement and to create luxury brand experiences
- Provide strong support with clear objectives and deliverables for field team implementation
Operational support for Marketing & Training:
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for brand and retailer meetings
- Monthly reporting on competitors’ activities
- Manage the budget and office order of stocks, samples, mocks-ups, press kits etc
- Maintenance of brand marketing & training presentations and assets
- Assist in the organization of 2026 Niche TR EUR seminar.
- Help in organizing Training Events
We'd love to meet you if you have
- Prior experience in the luxury/beauty or the travel retail industry will be advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing
- Fluent in written and conversational English. Other languages is a plus
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office – PowerPoint (advanced), Excel (advanced), Word
- Passionate about luxury fashion/beauty
- Strong project management skills, to manage complexity of multiple stakeholders and resources.
- Good analytical skills with ability to grasp numbers associated with business strategies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Self-starter, result oriented and resourceful.
- Agile and resilient to changes and tight timelines.
- Curiosity to learn with a positive learning and team player mindset.
