Visual Merchandising & In-Store Assistant Manager

Overview:  Execute the creation of new store designs and visual elements/merchandising to support the North American market and ensure company integrity of the point of sale. Assist with implementing global campaign directives, biannual merchandising updates, and new project launches. Fragrance/Beauty Experience required.  





  • Adapt the brand requirement/identity to all stores configuration/requirement
  • Produce of Initial plan/layout within store guidelines.
  • Produce renderings for presentations and meetings.
  • Develop, produce, and maintain directives and guidelines for multiple brands
  • Revise/Annotate shop drawings of each installation before production.
  • Maintain and update library of fixtures material and lights.


Skills and Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4-5 years of experience in visual merchandising, architecture, engineering, or similar industry
  • Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Sketchup. AutoCAD a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office/Suite.
  • Versatile and flexible; embraces change and is consistently able to develop and compliant to the needs
  • Passion for fragrance and beauty; a true ambassador for the brand with strong sense of responsibility
  • Ideal candidate has work experience in medium sized multinational company or luxury business.
  • Additional language fluency is a plus
