Human Resources Associate (Temporary) - Carolina Herrera (Fashion)

The Opportunity

The Human Resources Associate will support and facilitate HR processes for Carolina Herrera and Dries Van Noten USA on a temporary basis. This role will provide temporary coverage for the Human Resources department for up to six months. 

What you'll get to do

Talent Acquisition 

  • Support recruitment for exempt, nonexempt, and temporary positions.
  • Coordinate interviews with HR and other departments to support the recruitment process.
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Support LinkedIn recruiting efforts to strengthen employer branding and promote open roles.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Schedule and conduct exit interviews and 90-day check-ins for manager-level and below employees across corporate and retail. 

 

Events & Communications 

  • Develop and execute monthly or seasonal employee engagement and morale initiatives.
  • Assist with planning and executing company events, meetings, and celebrations.
  • Manage companywide communications to ensure alignment with the brand’s tone and image.
  • Support management of Workplace, the company’s internal communications platform. 

 

Internship Program 

  • Serve as the main point of contact for the internship program.
  • Co-lead recruitment efforts for each internship term throughout the year.
  • Oversee intern events and the overall internship experience at Carolina Herrera. 

 

Administrative

  • Maintain department records and reports.
  • Prepare periodic HR reports.
  • Lead HR administrative projects, including job description and employee file audits.
  • Manage tracking, follow-up, and administrative support for the mid-year performance review process.
  • Monitor compliance with required and optional training, labor postings, and related requirements. 

We'd love to meet you if you have

  • College degree or relevant experience preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Strong organization and attention to details
  • Strong computer skills, SAP and Success Factors Experience is a plus but not required 
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, high level of accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality  

 

 

A reasonable estimate of the current hourly rate is $26/hour-$32/hour USD.
