The Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Spa & Boutique Manager to lead our Soho location. This is a key leadership role for someone with a demonstrated track record in building successful teams, driving business performance, and delivering exceptional luxury client experience. As both a strategic leader and hands-on operator, you will oversee the full operational, commercial, and experiential success of the boutique and spa—developing clientele, achieving sales targets, and fostering a high-performing, service-driven team. If you are entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and have a genuine love for luxury skincare, this is an exciting opportunity for you!

What you'll get to do

  • Own and drive the boutique’s sales performance, achieving or exceeding all KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Analyze business reports (footfall, client conversion, service bookings, product sales) to optimize commercial strategy.
  • Develop and execute local initiatives to increase traffic, bookings, and brand awareness.
  • Ensure the delivery of a world-class, personalized customer experience aligned with Dr. Barbara Sturm brand standards.
  • Oversee the spa operations, including treatment scheduling, therapist management, room readiness, and service quality.
  • Champion the use of clientelling to develop long-term, high-value client relationships and repeat business.
  • Resolve high-profile client queries and complaints with grace, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing retail and spa team to deliver excellence across all touchpoints.
  • Oversee all recruitment, training, performance reviews, scheduling, and ongoing development.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, motivation, and luxury service within the team.
  • Deliver monthly coaching sessions and ongoing product knowledge and treatment training.
  • Maintain excellence in daily operations, including opening/closing, housekeeping, health and safety, and spa hygiene standards.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management, overseeing deliveries, replenishment, and minimizing shrinkage.
  • Manage POS systems, vendor relationships, back-of-house processes, and store maintenance.
  • Ensure all team operations comply with health, safety, brand, and legal guidelines.
  • Uphold brand aesthetics through meticulous visual merchandising and boutique presentation.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing Dr. Barbara Sturm at events, VIP experiences, press days, and industry functions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on local events, influencer visits, and social media activations.

  • Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams to meet and exceed commercial targets.
  • Deep understanding of the luxury skincare and spa space, with strong service and product knowledge.
  • Strong commercial and operational acumen, with experience managing P&L, staffing, and inventory.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; a true leader with emotional intelligence.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled in analyzing KPIs, forecasting, and converting data into actionable insight.
  • Proficient in using modern POS, booking, and retail inventory systems.
  • Open availability from Monday to Sunday with the ability to work a variety of shifts with one weekend off each month.
