Assistant Brand Manager, Prestige Fragrances



Our Prestige Fragrance Brand Managers are looking for an amazing partner to join them in the continual growth of three amazing brands - Carolina Herrera, Paco Rabanne, and Jean Paul Gaultier. The ideal Assistant Brand Manager is innovative, agile, resourceful and above all passionate!

Overall the ABM will have a hand in developing and executing annual marketing plans for the US business, and will be a strong partner to cross-functional teams to manage business needs.

This role will give the opportunity to learn long-term brand building, while delivering on short-term business drivers. It will allow this person to deepen their expertise for the North America - US Market and with major retailers.


In This Role You Will…


Conduct Market Analysis to strengthen our plans

  • Category and market analysis on a monthly basis and monitor competitive activities in order to  provide insights and recommendations for future marketing initiatives
  • Seasonal performance analysis and highlight key learnings and best practices


Support the Management our beautiful brands: C.H. Good Girl, P.R. 1 Million & Invictus, JP.G Le Male :

  • Creation of seasonal marketing retailer presentation for selected brands
  • Recommendation for the marketing calendar and make strategic recommendation to improve brand impact for future seasons.
  • Seamless execution of brand specific activities and events through strong cross-functional relationship management, including global, retail and sales


Develop and execute promotional plans:

  • Full ownership of all local marketing assets for timely and successful delivery of all promotional and non-promotional tools across all Prestige brands:
  • Seasonal comp planning for photo shoots, retailer needs and presentations
  • Cross-functional departments relationships, including the global teams and operations for flawless and timely communication
  • Ordering process of items each season, tracking and delivery of products on time and within budget
  • Local promotional assets when required, including local coding and operation briefing


  • Manage all aspects of the scented material process, including production, tracking, analysis and strategic development recommendation


  • Build and regularly update brand specific marketing calendars and liaises on program updates, promotional initiatives and retailer exclusive requests. Execute all local


Ideal candidate will demonstrate these qualifications…

  • 2-3 years related marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent in Execution

  • Proactivity and start-up mindset: ability to move, propose new ideas and take initiative
  • Strong analytical skills with a high level of creativity
