The Opportunity

Puig USA is seeking an energetic, goal driven, Field Sales Account Coordinator to join our Rockstar Sales Team. This individual will be a dedicated partner to our Account Executives supporting all retail activities to maximize sales and market share in their territory. This person is the curator of memorable in-store beauty experiences, bringing our brands to life, ensuring retail employees are scheduled and equipped with the right tools to enhance the customer experience.

What you'll get to do

Drive Sales & Growth

  • Partner with Account Executives (AEs) to execute business plans and identify key business drivers to meet or exceed financial objectives.
  • Leverage weekly business analysis to understand sales performance and find ways to continuously improve the business for our customers.
  • Make recommendations to Account Executives using consumer/sales insights to drive growth.

Relationship Management

  • Develop collaborative partnerships with Account Executives, Retailers, Brand ambassadors, Fragrance Specialists, and Corporate teams.
  • Act as a liaison between the Account Executives and key stakeholders (store and corporate management).

Support Store Teams

  • Visits stores on a consistent basis working directly with store teams on selling exercises, mock training, and continuing education.
  • Motivate store teams to help achieve retail targets and improved rankings through employee engagement, rewards and incentives.
  • Coordinate monthly/weekly schedules for all retail employees

Retail/ Freelance Staff

  • Build local talent pipelines to staff the best sales employees
  • Serve as a brand ambassador in-store and in the local community
  • Support recruitment initiatives through to onboarding talent
  • Coordinate monthly/weekly schedules for all RSCs

In-Store Events

  • Solid understanding of the beauty business, seasonal/holiday cycle to deliver on key initiatives
  • Coordinate and execute special events and in-store promotions.
  • Partner with Retail VM/Store Design Team:
  • To ensure a successful roll out of in-store visual displays.
  • Ensure visual merchandising is consistently following corporate and store guidelines.

We'd love to meet you if you have

  • Bachelor's Degree or four years of related work experience (plus any additional required experience).
  • 3-5+ years’ of related sales experience, preferably in beauty, fashion, or CPG industries.
  • North America US Market experience is a must. Experience working with our retailers is a plus.
  • Highly driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales performance goals.
  • Detail oriented multitasker who has coordinated in-store events and trainings.
  • Excited to deliver on tight deadlines and work on multiple deliverables at any given time.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills that will motivate Talent.
  • Successful relationship builder who demonstrates high EQ and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for all things beauty.
  • Valid driver’s license, vehicle, proof of insurance, and ability to drive and travel long distances for extended periods.
  • 50% regional travel required.
