The E-tailing Visual Merchandising Assistant is responsible for helping to grow our digital business by driving and executing all product campaigns on our partners websites. They will be responsible for day to day trading analysis, site merchandising and product maintenance as well as supporting our Digital Marketing team in maximizing our digital marketing channels.  As a key remit of this role, they will ensure that standards are maintained and improved whenever possible across the online channel to give our customers a best in class shopping experience.


Responsibilities/Key Tasks 

 

The ideal candidate will join our Marketing team and, supervised by the company tutor, will be in charge of: 
•    Ensure all products are beautifully and strategically merchandised online
•    Daily monitoring of new product assets to ensure all pages are updated
•    Daily and weekly site trading reports analysing opportunities, threats and trends.
•    Responsible for product upload to all platforms ensuring we hit our KPIs.
•    Responsible for the digital presentation of product and execution of seasonal go-to-market plans
•    Perform daily online walk throughs
•    Report on product insights based on customer behavior, sell through and market trends. 
•    Use industry insights, competitor analysis and marketing plans to report and recommend online VM activities
•    Ongoing tracking of competition / digital in-market intelligence in order to scout new opportunities and best practices
•    Collaborate with the brands team to secure assets for e-tailing campaigns and product launches.
•    Perform QA/maintenance of our online partners sites to ensure all product-related information is accurate
•    Report on online partner sites status to all key stakeholders and use internally created reports to track progress
•    Assist with other areas of e-tailing as and when necessary

 

The internship will represent a strong platform to acquire competences in the Digital Marketing world, with a focus on understanding the communication/media side of marketing.


REQUIREMENTS 


Languages:
English and Italian proficiency


Competencies:
•    Ability to efficiently analyze data and tell its story to stakeholders
•    Curious mindset with a bias towards action to move ideas into reality
•    Keen attention to detail in planning, organization and execution of tasks
•    Passion for Beauty category and luxury brands

 

Specific Knowledge required:
Proficient in Power Point, Photoshop
Good command of Excel
