Opportunity:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Controller to join our Finance team in Milan. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, the role will support all controlling activities, providing analysis, reporting, and forecasting to guide business decisions. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with business acumen and the ability to partner effectively with different functions across the organization.

What you'll get to do

Key Responsibilities:
The Controller will support the Team within the following activities:
•    Prepare analyses to support Management decisions, interpreting and presenting key business performance indicators;
•    Develop periodic reporting with focus on sales, margins, and stock vs. budget and prior year;
•    Support in the preparation of periodic income statements;
•    Monitor and report costs and revenues, analyzing variances vs. budget and previous year;
•    Contribute to the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, gathering and reworking data from different company functions;
•    Participate in regular meetings with Global Finance and counterparts in other countries.

Competences:
Ideally, the person we are looking for this position should possess:

-    A degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering;
-    At least 4–5 years of prior experience in Controlling, preferably within our industry;
-    Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel;
-    Knowledge of SAP and BI systems (Power BI) is a strong plus;
-    Excellent written and spoken English skills - Spanish is a plus;
-    Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
-    Flexibility, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-changing environment;
-    Team spirit and openness to constant collaboration across different functions.
