Mission:
Responsible for the correct implementation of all brand and product guidelines in the e-commerce of our Latam Distributors.  Participate in the construction and design of the e-com strategic vision for the business unit, as well as analyze all metrics to drive decision making.


Main Responsabilities:

  • Development and improvement of the visibility for our brands in the different e-tailers, according to priorities and segmentation.
  • Be responsible for the construction and positioning of brands within the digital (including channels, content, investment). Also, creation of media briefs for the agency in coordination with the marketing team.
  • Weekly monitoring of the digital part of the Omnichannel calendar and analysis of Media and e-tailing actions of the competition.
  • Strategic analysis of the media plan proposals. Detailed analysis of KPIs.
  • Align the visibility calendar and the media plan with the Ominchannel and Marketing and then download it to the distributors.
  • Market Protection Control: analysis of Gray Market sites, prices, purchases, to report it to the commercial team.
  • Price analysis and contact with the commercial area/distributors to correct discounts and errors.
  • Prepare bimonthly performance reports and provide inputs for qualitative improvement.
  • Preparation of analysis reports and management of the main traffic KPI's (visits, bounce, conversion, etc.).
  • Interface with the Marketing, Commercial and Media areas to align strategic and tactical plans that promote the sale and promotion of brands.

 

Requirements:

  • The candidate has an ideal experience of 3 years’ experience in functions or related activities, where the main objective has been to increase sales in e-tailers, brand and/or consumer awareness/experience in digital environment.  
  • Previous experience in Luxury or Beauty is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Luxury Management or related fields.

  • Proficient command of Spanish and English, both verbally and in written.
  • Experience of the full channel digital mix will be considered a plus. Strong digital / social media culture is essential.
  • Self-starter able to work autonomously, driving momentum on multiple projects and proactively planning ahead.
  • Highly organized with keen prioritization skills.
  • Collaborative team player
  • At ease dealing with complexity and ambiguity.
