The Opportunity

In Latam Distributors, we oversee 16 countries in Latin America and lead the distributors strategy to achieve the annual goals in this region.

The Brand Manager’s mission is to drive sustainable growth and brand equity for Carolina Herrera across assigned markets by translating global brand strategy into locally relevant, high-impact marketing plans in close collaboration with distributors and cross-functional teams.

The role collaborates with the Group Brand Manager responsible for Prestige Brands and works closely with cross functional teams such as commercial, omnichannel and business intelligence within the business unit, as well as global brand teams in HQ and team members from Distributors and suppliers.

What you'll get to do

Strategic Marketing Planning

  • Work with the teams to develop country/brand strategy – drive awareness, increase Market share, and ensure brand Equity is locally translated.
  • Collaborate with distributors to execute ATL & BTL plan and 360 plan for launches (distributors proposals, follow up with HQ approvals, seek for opportunities and best practices).
  • Run brand/region analysis and campaigns reports.  Measure KPI’s, assess launch performance and continuously optimize the plan for strong results.
  • Development and maintenance of global marketing calendar by country.
  • Define and implement pricing strategy by brand/region following global pricing guidelines.
  • Control distributors A&P investment with marketing/omnichannel calendar and launches. Support distributors to optimize investment by priorities.
  • Provide the team and relevant stakeholders with regular brand reporting and post-campaign analysis to establish effectiveness and highlight learnings for future campaigns.

 

Budgeting and Accountancy Analysis

  • Management and control of P&L (Net Revenues, A&P, Gross Profit & Contribution to Fixed Costs).
  • Provide Budget and Guidelines for Media & Digital Investment.
  • Ensuring Accuracy of CPS sessions forecast and follow up to achieve annual objectives.
  • Define Product Mix & Promotional Plan.
  • Define A&P internal Expenditure per Market and monthly follow-up.


Relationship Management

  • Maintain solid relationships and liaison with Corporate Brand teams.
  • Lead Communication between brands (HQ) and markets (Commercial Managers & Distributors).
  • Work in close collaboration with the Group Brand Manager and peers to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic priorities.
  • Work closely with distributors in order to understand local needs and deliver a strategic plan by market.

We'd love to meet you if you have

  • Previous experience in Fragrance, Luxury and Makeup brands is required.
  • Previous experience working with distributors model is a plus.
  • Experience of +5 years in functions or related activities, such as sales, marketing, retail, etc. where the main objective has been to increase sales, brand and/or consumer experience.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or similar discipline.
  • Excellent command of Spanish and English, both verbally and in written.
  • Excellent Communicational and Interpersonal skills.
  • High Organization, Time Management and Priority Setting Skills. And able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical skills to assess situations, identify opportunities and propose solutions.
  • Multicultural sensitivity/awareness to maintain positive relations and excellent communication with team members from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Creative, resourceful and goal oriented.
  • Ability to lead interdisciplinary projects with teams of people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship is required.
