The Retail Specialist will be a Puig ambassador at the Point of Sales (POS) and responsible for the proper execution of retail objectives with our Brands. Also, he or she will be accountable for detecting and activating business opportunities, as well as contributing to deepen the market knowledge to transversal teams. There will be a fundamental relational part with our client’s BC’s aiming to win loyal customers through successfully creating brand ambassadors in the Spanish perfumery market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • The main responsibility will consist in implementing commercial agreements between Puig / Retailers and the continuous pursuit of RETAIL EXCELLENCE at the POS as well as protecting our business.
  • Responsible for detecting, recommending and argue all opportunities at the POS as well as all potential levers to maximise the business, aiming to achieve points of differentiation and WOW effects for the PUIG brands.
  • Execute and protect the Perfect Shelf: share of space, image, environment and location, following our client agreements.
  • Ensure a proper overall execution of all our brand expressions: Merchandising, Visuals, Logos, Window Displays, Animations, Gift Sets, etc. according to our hallmark guidelines.
  • Manage occasional ad-hoc activities per door.
  • Opening, monitoring and closing of all incidents arisen in the process of the execution of the Perfect Shelf.
  • Collect all necessary information needed at the POS, for further study via software platforms.
  • Constant market information collecting as in product, decoration and relevant POS features.
  • Continuous training to our client’s BC’s consisting of perfume knowledge, new launches, product and brand awareness, promotions and general support to guarantee them a positive connection with the PUIG brands, ensuring a successful relationship between BC and Shopper, hence creating loyal customers.



  • Thorough awareness of the Spanish perfumery market, classification of retail stores, retailers and shopper knowledge will be highly valued.
