Team Assistant

Team Assistant (internship)


Location: Russell Square, London.



Provide day to day support to our PR & Comms and Education teams at the Puig UK Head Office. You will gain experience within a busy department, supporting on Company trainings, PR and preparation for external events.


Functions and Responsibilities: Education

  • Keeping the education calendar up to date / ensuring invites were sent out to relevant parties to all trainings.
  • Manage and stock control cupboards – following the planning grid and ensuring all NPD and classic lines are available for all trainings.  Ensuring that all stationary and physical tools are stocked for future trainings.
  • Set up and pack down of training spaces to aid the education team.
  • Support the Customer experience Survey evaluation.
  • Post event updates to the business.
  • Event coordinating tasks
    • Packing lists are completed and delivered to supplier
    • Point person to correspond to all suppliers / retailers
    • Liaising with store manages and ordering and sending all tools for eventing.
    • Sending product / engagement packs out for trainings internal / external.


Functions and Responsibilities: PR & Comms

  • Support the team with general requests, office & admin duties, to ensure the smooth running of the press office
  • Organise bikes and couriers to send relevant product to publication/influencer houses
  • Manage all press cuttings in terms of collation and presentation, including monthly global reports and internal brand reviews
  • Effectively execute creative mailers to ensure that they are presented correctly and sent out on time
  • Update the press/influencer database, ensuring contacts and details are kept up to date at all times
  • Complete extensive research tasks such as events or competitor analysis
  • Responsible for updating the PR calendar/summary sheets and ensuring all reports are presented on time and filed correctly
  • Manage and control stock cupboards to ensure that there’s the correct level of stock at all times



  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Fluent English
  • Attention to detail
  • Eager to learn and willingness to get ‘stuck-in’
  • Competent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
