
Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fast-growing business on a 12 month, fixed term contract. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, recruiting and onboarding the best talent for our brands in the UK across retail and head office.
What you´ll get to do
- Own full cycle recruitment activity from brief to offer.
- Partner with key business stakeholders and hiring managers to understand, anticipate and manage their recruitment needs.
- Work together with hiring managers to build compelling job descriptions.
- Develop the sourcing strategy for each role combining both direct advertising and headhunting to attract the best candidates.
- Screen candidates and conduct first stage interviews using the selection tools.
- Manage the recruitment process, scheduling interviews and collecting feedback.
- Educate and influence managers on candidates’ skillsets, recruitment process and tools.
- Build business case and exercise briefs for candidates to address as part of the process.
- Manage stakeholder and candidate expectations through the process.
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
- Keep track record of accurate documentation on all candidates, searches, and other activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required and in line with GDPR guidelines.
- Manage the offer and onboarding processes.
- Define and arrange induction plans for new joiners.
- Act as a brand ambassador, both internally and externally showcasing our business and creating a great experience for both internal team members and external talent.
- Ad-hoc project support for our Employer Brand initiatives.
We´d love to meet you if you have
- Proven recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Ideally, experience in the Luxury, Beauty or Consumer Goods industries.
- Self-starter able to work autonomously, driving momentum on multiple projects and proactively planning ahead.
- Highly organised with prioritisation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Collaborative team player, with strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- At ease dealing with complexity and ambiguity.
- Sensitivity to luxury and good attention to detail.
- Microsoft Office suite (Microsoft Outlook, Word, advanced Excel and PowerPoint all essential).
