The Opportunity

We are looking for a talented Spa Therapist to join our beautiful new location in Harrods. Providing a range of treatments to our clients, including facials and massage, you will be fully trained in our service ritual, treatment protocols and products to ensure you are able to deliver services to the Kama Ayurveda standard. Services offered will include:

-Sculpting and firming facials
-Glow express facials
-Body massage
-Body scrub
-Kansu bowl foot massage
-Firming body treatments
-Head & neck massage
-Head and hair massage

What you´ll get to do

Take ownership of the spa journey of our guests, providing exceptional customer service throughout their experience
Deliver a variety of luxurious spa services, working to gain a loyal, satisfied clientele
Ensure that the treatment schedule runs efficiently, completing customer consent forms and managing customer data
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, following all hygiene standards and health and safety regulations
Maintain equipment and adhere to health and safety procedures

We´d love to meet you if you have

• A Beauty Therapy qualification to NVQ level 3 or equivalent
• A CIDESCO certificate is highly desirable
• A passion for wellness, skincare, and holistic health practices
