The Opportunity

We’re looking for a driven Retail Operations Manager to join our Global Retail Operations team, part of our Global Retail Centre of Excellence, based in London.

In this hands-on role, you will work in close partnership with regional markets corporate and brand teams to coordinate new store openings, renovations, and closures, while supporting the planning and execution of broader retail operations projects

Executing our global retail operations strategy— you’ll bring retail initiatives to life across diverse markets elevating instore standards and driving operational excellence to support our in-store teams in delivering seamless consumer experiences.

What you'll get to do

  • Work in close collaboration with cross functional teams to:  
    • coordinate new store openings, renovation projects, and store closures
    • support retail operations projects including for example POS development and integration of tech solutions
    • Tailor projects to meet specific market demands and cultural nuances, while upholding global standards and ensuring brand consistency

 

 

 

  • Drive the implementation of the Retail Operations strategy across global markets.
  • Lead initiatives to develop and implement standards that promote operational excellence, efficient retail management and productivity.
  • Act as a point of contact for Direct-to-Consumer (DtC) markets, offering expert support and advice, including operational and process guidance, transactional tasks, and administrative assistance.

 

  • Develop and localise policies and procedures across markets to ensure relevance and practicality.
  • Collaborate with market leaders to inspire the vision and drive success and work with cross-functional partners with IT, Health & Safety, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure retail processes and systems are fit for purpose and support the retail operations roadmap.
  •  Manage relationships with suppliers.
  • Conduct audits of market operational processes to ensure consistent execution, operational efficacy, and adherence to compliance standards.
  • Create and maintain training materials for Retail Operations processes and systems to ensure all markets have the necessary tools and knowledge.
  • Partner with the Global Retail team and global functions across the organisation to exchange insights, align on best practices, and integrate feedback from markets and corporate functions to enhance operational excellence
 

We'd love to meet you if you have

  • Over 5 years of proven experience in retail operations, with a strong track record in global and international retail environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management and process optimization, consistently driving operational efficiency and enabling strategic growth
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of implementing operational processes and procedures in a retail environment.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
  • Analytical skills and ability to gather and interpret data to inform decision-making.
  • Ability to think strategically and align retail operations with the overall business strategy.
  • Skilled at navigating environments of evolving change; adaptable and a collaborative approach with cross-functional teams
