Digital Education Manager

   Location: The North

 

Mission:

To be a strong and creative team player with the ability to deliver training of the highest calibre in both a classroom and theatre (plenary) environment. Ability to design, establish and maintain digital learning platforms. Understand the nuences of luxury retail to the growth of the Puig organisation in the UK. 

Responsibilities/Key Tasks:

Planning

  • Work with the Field Sales Team in identifying strengths and development areas of the Brand Ambassador sales force and implement training solutions accordingly.
  • Coordinate the planning, organization and implementation of training requirements in partnership with the Key Account Managers for Retailer conferences.
  • Effectively manage a Journey plan that adequately covers training support in the region as required.
  • Ensure all Brand Ambassadors make reference to/ have available to them updated training manuals.
  • Complete training report following Brand Ambassador visits and training seminars detailing areas of performance.
  • Work closely with the National Training Manager on the provision of information and market research.
  • Create content for and update digital training elements including workplace and on-line training app

Execute

  • In-house training seminars on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Plan and support and facilitate training sessions for retailer conferences/road shows.
  • Conduct day to day in-store coaching/training for Brand Ambassadors.
  • Provide support to the National Training Manager and other members of the training team.
  • Deliver feedback to the Field Sales Team from store visits and in-house training.
  • Contribute towards the design of training seminars, conferences and training initiatives.
  • Support new launches and special events to maximise service delivery and retail sales.
  • Visit all new BAs which fall within the region, within 1 month of joining the company and implement training protocols. Follow up with an in-store visit within the following 2 months of the induction training.
  • Create and make training videos for BCs and BAs to support new launches.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to aid in the development of service tools and trial and test their effectiveness in the market.
  • Execute the on boarding process for new Bs
  • Be proactive in the relationship with Head office and ensure all training tools are ready and prepared on time for delivery of training.
  • Be aware of costs and budgets for responsible projects.

  • Ensure all tools, materials and literature are planned and used when training.
  • Always reflect and embody the Puig company values.

Requirements:

Experience:

  • Fragrance industry experience is highly desirable
  • High level of Powerpoint skills
  • Designing, creating and delivering training material
  • Good knowledge of training techniques – online training essential

Education:
