The Opportunity....

We have an exciting role supporting our teams in the London S/W region across two stores - Beauty by Boots in Battersea and Peter Jones. In this role, you will be supporting our Fragrance and Make-up teams based in multi-retailer / store locations. The role will be fully mobile, working 5 days a week, (37.5 hours), on a Mon - Sun schedule and you will be field based over a geographical area within the London region. You will be supporting the store team within these locations on different days and based on the needs of the business at that time. For example, in the absence of the Account Manager, you will assume responsibility for the Account and take full autonomy of the operation. You will also support with new product launches, promotional and event activity. Key competencies of the person who will be successful in this role are agility and flexibility and the ability to react to situations and resolve problems quickly and efficiently.

What you´ll get to do

Working across an area, you will be fully flexible and based across multiple retailer store groups and locations, including the full range of Puig fragrance brands, and our exciting new Make-up brands and products!

You will report to the Regional Retail Manager and the primary focus of your role is to provide Account Manager level support where the business requires you. You will often be working as a stand-alone Account Manager and therefore you will need to demonstrate agility in your approach to the working week, which can sometimes change at short notice.

You will be accountable for achieving retail targets, whilst promoting Puig brands, which include fragrance accounts and make-up accounts, delivering a unique experience every time to customers, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations. As a Multi-Store Manager, you will increase the brand awareness and build customers loyalty, whilst maintaining the Puig retail excellence standards and those of the store group retailer you will be working in. Each Store group has its own individual and unique Service Standards that you will be expected to deliver every time.

  • Energy and embrace positive team spirit: This means working together with others as opposed to doing things individually.
