Marketing intern

Mission: Support the Marketing team in the implementation of the marketing plans


Responsibilities/Key Tasks: Support the marketing team in the implementation of the strategy in the UK by analysing and reporting performance to help building recommendations. Your tasks will include:


  • Support with the analysis of qualitative and quantitative information by retailer and make recommendations
  • Support cross functional departments in Brand messages and helping the implementation of Media Plan.
  • Prepare and follow up on marketing presentations for BA’s conference, Sales Meetings, etc.
  • Organization and tracking of all marketing collateral and inventory
  • Manage purchase orders and payments with finance
  • Competitive tracking of marketing activities
  • Manage monthly allocation of marketing material to stores
  • Manage all brand images and copy on Image Library & Grafton
  • Manage Flagship Door marketing projects – CRM, Harrods, Selfridges
  • Manage asset library – ordering in correct specs, download/upload to various image libraries


Requirements for the role:


Education: Varied educational backgrounds considered – Business, Marketing, Communications, Etc


Languages: Primary language is English (Spanish and French are an added bonus!)

Specific Knowledge required:

  • General understanding of the Marketing mix
  • Computer literate – Excel, PPT, SAP, NPD, Nielsen, Photoshop (all programs not required but proficient use is ideal) 
  • English grammar – will need to proofread marketing text
