The Opportunity
The Marketing & Sell-Through Manager will oversee the marketing and field sales operations of three niche brands within our portfolio, LAP, DVN and CLB. This mid-level management position is critical in driving brand growth through effective marketing strategies, retail sales management, and public relations efforts. The successful candidate will manage an Area Manager and coordinate with various teams to ensure our brands achieve their full market potential.
What you'll get to do
• Build effective working relationships with the Global Brand teams to be able to implement the global strategy into the UK Market.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders to effectively drive productivity and build brand love in your market.
• Clearly convey the brand vision and work collaboratively with the UK cross functional teams and agency partners, for successful implementation of the UK marketing plans and strategic priorities.
• Maintain and update the marketing plans on an on-going basis, delivering to the annual in- store activations calendar. Regularly communicate brand plans to cross functional teams.
• Lead local marketing mix and Go To Market planning in line with Brand vision. Responsible for all day-to-day operational management of the brands.
• Lead new product launches and strive to maintain growth on core products, in alignment with the overall strategy.
• Plan and manage trade marketing budgets and accurately track marketing spend, in line financial objectives.
• Work closely with the Demand Planning and Commercial teams to ensure forecast accuracy and stock availability for promo items.
• Evaluate sales performance at both sell in and sell out level for NPD and new initiatives, working with the relevant departments on action plans.
• Work closely with commercial & VM teams to propose and deliver tailored trade marketing and In-Store Animation plans based on the specific strategies and needs.
• Working collaboratively across departments to deliver effective and efficient in-store activations and initiatives in line with Brand Strategy.
• Work closely with the PR Agency to develop a rounded marketing plan.
• Direct and support the Area Manager in managing field sales operations, including setting sales targets, tracking performance and field team development.
• Work closely with the commercial team to ensure that distribution channels are managed and that the brands maintain a strong retail presence.
• Analyse market trends and sales data to adjust strategies and capitalize on market opportunities.

• Marketing experience within the retail industry and UK Market.
• Proven experience in brand management, including implementing global strategies at a local level.
• Demonstrated success in leading new product launches and maintaining growth for existing products.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, demand planning, commercial teams) and managing external relationships such as agencies and retail partners.
• Effective budget management skills.
• Ability to develop and update marketing plans, including in-store activations and trade marketing.
• Experience in supporting field sales operations, setting targets, and tracking performance.
• Team management experience.
