The Opportunity

 

As Marketing Manager for Rabanne, you will have the opportunity to lead the definition and local deployment of your brand strategy according to the market reality and business needs. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, this profile will play a pivotal role in the execution of any cross-functional activity, ensuring the orchestration of all the departments to make sure business and brand building goals are achieved.

Highly motivated by consumer insights, market trends and the luxury industry, you will lead and develop a team whilst overseeing the execution of winning 360 campaigns to achieve business and brand building goals, with a special focus on retail, media, and PR. 

This role will have exposure to the international teams and key stakeholders, playing a critical role as market spokesperson and creating effective relationships across the organisation. You will also have regular contact with retailers, influencing across all levels both internally and externally.

What you'll get to do

 

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, product development, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of integrated campaigns.
  • Develop holistic 360 marketing strategies that encompass online and offline touchpoints, including social media, PR, advertising, events, and retail activations.
  • Ensure campaigns emphasize the value proposition of new product launches (NPDs) and maximise the impact of promotional activities (KCPs).
  • Monitor campaign performance in real time, adjusting tactics to optimise results and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Work closely with the global brand team to understand the overarching business strategy, vision, and goals. 
  • Develop a localised strategy that aligns global objectives with local priorities, ensuring relevance and resonance in the UK market.
  • Cross-functional coordination to execute compelling 360 campaigns to maximise NPDs and KCPs.
  • Coordinate and oversee local trade marketing plan.
  • Business monitoring and reporting to assess performance with local and global stakeholders.
  • Lead, coach, and develop your team.
  • Budget definition and oversight – P&L Management.

 

We'd love to meet you if you have

 

•    Marketing experience, ideally within the beauty / make-up and fragrances industry within the UK market.
•    Lead on multiple 360 campaigns and brand management. 
•    Media knowledge. 

•    The ability to analyse figures to draw conclusions and strong business recommendations.
•    Creativity and are trends oriented, capable to assess the relevancy of initiatives and proposals. 
•    Experience working across multiple projects and teams. 
•    A challenger mindset, able to lead change.
