Working closely with the HR Director and in collaboration with our Global Head Office teams; building relationships and cross-cultural connections will be one of your key strengths. UK employment expertise is essential, and knowledge of online and digital functions is highly advantageous.

•    Ensure a unique candidate experience in all aspects of Talent Acquisition from pipeline to hire
•    Apply Predictive Index as talent management method for recruitment and development
•    Be accountable for Generalist HR activities
•    Provide guidance/support to management on complex ER issues 
•    Collaborate with Corporate and EMEA HR teams on global and regional initiatives 
•    Develop Puig employer brand through our current (and future) digital / social channels
•    Lead key activities in our performance and development calendar
•    Support People Managers in all aspects of employee journey 
•    Lead/support change and transformation initiatives (TUPE, Restructures, M&As)
•    Deliver an on-brand onboarding experience
•    Support HR Director to revise benefits strategy
•    Engage with diversity and inclusion forum and support Diversity & Inclusion Strategy


Requirements:

•    Independent, pro-active, self-starter approach
•    Proven experience supporting creative Head Office clients 
•    Excellent emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
•    Culture role model
•    UK employment law expertise
•    Super organizational skills
•    Preferred, digital mindset and experience of this business area
•    Preferred, experience working in Beauty / Premium retail
•    Preferred, CIPD qualified
•    MS Office proficiency
•    Excellent English written, verbal and writing skills
