•    Lead key activities in our performance and development calendar
•    Support People Managers in all aspects of employee journey 
•    Lead/support change and transformation initiatives (TUPE, Restructures, M&As)
•    Deliver an on-brand onboarding experience
•    Support HR Director to revise benefits strategy
•    Engage with diversity and inclusion forum and support Diversity & Inclusion Strategy
