The Opportunity
Are you looking to unlock your career in Graphic Design? We are launching our first Graphic Design Futures programme at Dr. Barbara Sturm to develop the next generation of Graphic Design leaders. This is your opportunity to gain first- hand experience from industry experts and dive into the world of luxury skincare as part of the Dr. Barabra Sturm Global Creative team.
In this programme you will gain a 360 understanding of Graphic Design, executing the brand’s design vision while delivering exceptional quality across all creative outputs. You will develop your skills in retail and print design, exploring PR and event collateral, retail and spa point of sale, campaign graphic asset roll out and more. Alongside this you will have the opportunity to take on a more digital lens, exploring design for performance, organic social channels and website.
This is a two year programme, starting in October 2025.
What you can expect from us
This programme is designed to immerse you into the full end to end graphic design process at Dr. Barbara Sturm, working closely with industry leaders. In your role you will own research projects to feed meaningful insights into cross- functional teams and senior leaders.
You will gain hands- on experience, mentorship and insight into how a luxury skincare brand grows and evolves in a fast- pace global environment. To support your development through the programme, you will have a dedicated mentor to guide you in your role. You will also have access to learning resources to help unlock your full potential and set you up for future success.
What we are looking for
A keen interest in Visual Communication or Graphic Design, with no more than two years' industry experience.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator; retouching and photo editing experience is a plus.
Strong passion for the beauty, wellness and luxury lifestyle industries.
Curious and creative thinker with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and methodical, with strong time management skills.
Comfortable managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
A positive team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
