Ecommerce Key Account Manager

Responsibilities/Key Tasks:

 

Building the Business

  • Responsible for the growth of the VPPs, managing the mix of the business in line with the overall business goals
  • Work closely with digital marketing & CRM to drive visits, conversion & repeat purchase for Pure play customers.
  • Define & execute an effective commercial strategy for pure play retail
  • Fully responsible for commercial analytics and reports for key customers
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly reports providing detailed analysis on key business drivers and sales by product for VPPS
  • Alignment of the forecasting process with finance & supply chain.

 

Leadership & Strategic thinking

  • From an online pure player or retailer.com leading & developing the strategy to enable Puig to win ahead of fair share.
  • Manage a retailer-centric relationship: build a strong relationship with the top management of the retailers to find as much strategic alignment as possible. Seek to overcome roadblocks as necessary.
  • Build and achieve the VPP  turnover, market share, profit, consolidate choices and recommend  the budget choices end to end P&L management for ecommerce business.
  • Planning, developing, agreeing and implementing an annual joint business plan with and  national VPPs, and embedding the correct measure in .com JBPs
  • Identifies new online accounts or opportunities to increase volume of sales or product range online

 

Delivering through others

  • Drives relationship with partners to ensure synergies between the brand’s own digital activities and those of the  pure players Designing an annual promotional program for each brand across all platforms
  • Operating the online trading strategy optimising conversion, and AOV, Drive execution within retailer sites, to optimise customer experience 
  • Monitoring & analysing web mechanics to identify new opportunities
  • Build and Manage Join Business Plan across retailers/categories including distribution, pricing, promotion
  • Manage P&L of promotional budgets, Full Year forecasting and ROI analysis for major executed activities to ensure long-term profitable growth.
  • Build commercial forecast and ensure it matches the business strategies and Marketing activities.

 

Requirements for the role:

 

Experience:

  • Ideally some previous experience in Sales/KA Management/Business Development
  • Experience in managing the key UK digital retailers in the beauty arena
  • Strong knowledge of online trading
