The Opportunity

Are you looking to unlock your career in Communications? We are launching our first-ever two-year Communications Talent Programme, designed to develop the next generation of Communication leaders.

In this programme, you’ll gain hands-on experience from industry experts and dive into the world of luxury skincare as part of Dr. Barbara Sturm’s Global Brand team. You will learn how to analyse the market, reporting on key industry trends and competitor activity alongside gaining a strong understanding of PR, contributing to the brand’s reputation and growth.

This is a two year programme, starting in October 2025.

What you can expect from us

Designed to immerse you in both the strategic and creative functions of our Global Communications team, this programme offers a unique opportunity to experience the day-to-day workings of brand communications at Dr. Barbara Sturm. You’ll gain hands-on experience and insight into how a luxury skincare brand grows in a fast-paced environment. Throughout the two years, you’ll be supported by a dedicated mentor who will guide you in your role, while also having access to tailored learning opportunities and resources to help you unlock your full potential and set the foundation for future success.

Key role responsibilities

  • Build and maintain accurate, up-to-date PR databases.
  • Manage and organise press materials, PR assets, listings and reports.
  • Capture media coverage across print, online and influencer channels.
  • Assist in organising launch campaigns, creative mailers, events and trips to elevate key moments.
  • Research and recommend editors and influencers, and monitor industry trends, competitors and media outlets to identify opportunities for coverage.
  • Contribute fresh ideas during team and client brainstorms.
  • Manage PR product inventory, including packaging and distribution to media, influencers, VIP contacts and spas.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Creative, Brand and Digital, to support the development and delivery of key messaging and materials.
  • Provide general administrative support for the department’s day-to-day operations.
  • Support global PR agencies and VIP specialists with event logistics, including briefing invites, building schedules and asset coordination.
  • Assist with guest list curation, attendance tracking and RSVP management for events.
  • Support the team at events and compile post-event overviews.
