The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity that will help you develop your professional skills whilst getting a complete overview of our business, our products and the best category innovations. You will gain experience of different functions, teams and brands within our Commercial department as well as understanding how these interact and work with the rest of the company.

The Commercial Graduate role is a structured, two-year programme within our UK Commercial department. One year will be spent within the key account team on our Flagship channel, supporting the commercial team and with external responsibility. Year two will be spent with our E-commerce team, working on exciting projects for brands such as Carolina Herrera, Rabanne and Jean Paul Gaultier to name a few.

These rotations will allow you to work on different assignments, experiencing new challenges and providing value to our business from the very beginning.  This is an exciting role for someone with a strong entrepreneurial spirit to manage multiple projects with stakeholder engagement throughout the process, all whilst working with a great cross-functional team and external partners. What you'll get to do

Commercial Support role (1 year)

  • Supporting the commercial function by owning core reports and analysing the results, supporting new launches by gathering the key information, invoicing help and ad-hoc commercial support.      
  • Liase with marketing and our instore teams to delivery retail excellence for our brands instore, with responsibilites including sampling, gifting and supporting key calendar moments. 
  • External responsibility, account managing a sub-division of one of our key flagship customers.

Online Product Merchandising role (1 year)

  • Support the e-commerce team with implementation of ‘Brilliant Basics’ Online. Ensuring that our digital shelves are up to date with current assets and in line with global guidelines.
  • Work with E-commerce Executive to manage and make sure all assets including gallery, video and product descriptions are displayed correctly across all our online doors.
  • Monitor our retailer pages to ensure a smooth user experience across the board, making sure that products are categorized correctly, within the relevant space and easily discoverable.
  • Carry out daily site walks across all retailer websites checking product information, categorisation & placement is correct and set out in a logical way to the customer, you will be responsible for correcting any mistakes, expired visuals or filling in content gaps.
